The IDM (Intelligent Delegate Management) is an in-house delegate management tool created and maintained by BSI Meetings and Events. By having total ownership of this tool this allows us complete flexibility when it comes to designing, creating and maintaining your events.
Our team of experienced Event Managers are able to follow your event from conception right through to completion, with the flexibility to allow you the event owner to also have access 24 hours a day to your information and reporting.
